If you’re anything like all the people I’ve been talking to as of late, you’ve probably got a lot on your plate.
With the holidays comes lots of social outings, shopping, organizing, planning, and family time. Our “on” hours become longer, and there’s that whole Daylight Savings thing that happened last month, making it much more challenging to get up early for a run or hit the gym after a long day at work.
This is when it’s all too easy to let our usual fitness habits slide. I see it in the gyms; a quiet lull before the madness of the New Year starts. I see it among my clients, as I begin to see some less frequently than I do at other parts of the year.
And I even notice it in myself; I catch myself thinking “oh, that workout can wait until the shopping/card-writing/wrapping is done”.
That’s when I have to pull myself back to reality and remind myself what’s REALLY important at all times of the year – my health, and my sanity 😉.
I’m currently hosting a free fitness challenge for women who struggle to maintain their self care habits during the holidays (if you want to join us, you can get in here). But on top of that, I wanted to do something for you in case you still need a little assistance, but didn’t want to commit to 21 days of emails from me 😉.
I’ve reached out to my blogging network, and I’ve compiled 7 workouts you can do from home when you’re strapped for time. You may not feel like you can fit in your full gym workout routine this time of year, but I assure you that you can make time for one of these quickies!
These workouts require little-to-no equipment and they can be done from the comfort of your home. Time to get to it! 💦
