This challenge is designed to help you stay active, sane, and productive during the holiday season. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, there are a lot of things vying for our attention these next few weeks!

Our American friends have Thanksgiving coming up next week, there are holiday parties to be attended (with lots of tempting treats), New Year’s resolutions to be made, and gifts to be purchased. For those of us trying to live a healthy lifestyle, these things can be enough to throw us completely off the wagon!

The idea of fitting in full workouts, sticking to our healthy meal prep, and maintaining our sanity as we try to cross everything off our to-do lists can seem next to impossible. Which can be pretty defeating!

But it doesn’t have to be that way!

We can continue to take care of ourselves by staying active each day – a short workout is better than nothing! And we can continue to fuel our bodies with nutritious foods, all while still indulging in some of our favourite holiday treats.

And that to-do list that seems to get waaay longer this time of year? You can totally cross everything off it like a boss and STILL have time to enjoy the holiday season.

This free 30-day challenge is going to teach you exactly how to accomplish all of that!

Each day you’ll receive a new move (or moves) to work into your day to keep your body active. You’ll receive healthy recipes, many of which can be brought to holiday parties and baked for gifts,Β fit tips, holiday hacks, and mindset mastery tools.

The stress of trying to make everything perfect shouldn’t take away from the enjoyment of spending time with our loved ones. And our fear of eating “bad” food should not hold us back from enjoying those cookies our aunt makes once a year that we love so much!

There are ways to make the holidays a happy AND a healthy time, and I’m going to show you how to do it!

Registration for the Holiday Sweater Challenge will open on Monday November 23 and will run until November 30. You’ll then have 30 days from the day you sign up to become your healthiest holiday self. Everything will be stored in your inbox so you’ll be able to refer to the exercises, recipes, and tips as often as you’d like, even after the challenge is over!

    Super cute challenge! I tend to be pretty laid back this time of year, unless it gets to xmas week and I have shopping to still get done. But for the most part, I love the holiday season and just enjoy all the aspects of it πŸ™‚
