When we think about self sabotage, we think of somebody doing really well with her fitness and nutrition goals, only to dive so far into the deep end she can’t even see the shore anymore.

But self sabotage is sneaky, and it isn’t always so apparent. In today’s episode I’m sharing 3 of the ways in which we sabotage ourselves, and how we can begin to shift our mindsets to put a stop to that behaviour.
