On September 22 at 5:43am PST the wheel turns to welcome a new season: autumn.
Autumn is a time of shedding; of composting, digesting, and integrating. It’s a time where grief often arises, and according to the Ojibwe Medicine Wheel, it’s a time to tend to one’s physical body.
These seasonal transitions can feel smooth for some, sticky for others. Regardless of your relationship to change, gathering to honour the natural cycles and seasons is a beautiful way to reconnect to the Land, your ancestors, and yourself.
Take a pause from your day-to-day and reconnect to your true nature.
Our time together will include:
💨 Opening circle and smudge
💨 An exploration of the elements and archetypes of Autumn and the Western doorway of the Medicine Wheel
💨 A deep dive into your internal landscape with a fully-guided conscious connected breathwork journey
💨 Sharing circle and closing
Tea and snacks will be provided, and we will be gathering in a beautiful dome nestled on the Land at Paradise Within Farm. 12 spots are available.
