If you’re reading this, I likely don’t need to tell you that Gen Z candidates say a company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is important when choosing an employer.

I probably don’t need to tell you that instances of anxiety, burnout, and a lack of engagement are on the rise, and how prolonged stress leads to poor health outcomes and reduced cognition.

I also don’t need to point out that, with the growing conversations around reconciliation and decolonization, partners, clientele, and key stakeholders are looking to see which companies are walking their talk.

Colonialism and capitalism have kept us sick and disconnected from ourselves, our communities, and the Land for far too long.

If your organization is ready to do something about this, I can help.

A strong foundation of well-being provides the fuel that’s needed to do good work in the world. A regulated nervous system supports difficult conversations and allows folks to see things from multiple perspectives.

My approach recognizes the interconnectedness between mind, body, spirit, and emotions, as well as the connection between self, community, and the planet.

Through this lens, I support organizations looking to enhance their team members’ well-being, and those who are looking to embark on or deepen into the reconciliation journey.

Please see my two current offerings below. If you have another idea as to how I can support your organization, please fill out the form below and I will be in touch within 48 business hours.

breathwork and the medicine wheel

This session is designed to enhance your team’s well-being through an engaging and experiential practice.

There are many different iterations of the medicine wheel across many different nations, however a common thread is the deep innerstanding of the interconnectedness between mind, body, spirit, & emotions.

Through exploring the elements and archetypes of the Anishinaabe medicine wheel, an energizing breathwork practice, and an opportunity to connect and reflect with creative practices, team members will gain a deeper understanding of the tools + practices that support their well-being so they can do their good work in the world.

Sessions are delivered virtually and can be condensed into a one-hour lunch-and-learn style workshop, or expanded into a longer session with facilitated conversations and reflections.

There is also an opportunity to create an on-going journey with quarterly sessions that take a deeper dive into the area of the medicine wheel that corresponds with the current season.

reconciliation and workplace well-being

We’re at a turning point in society where we are being called towards truth, reconciliation, equity, justice, and reclamation of all that our ancestors were denied.

The journey can feel dizzying, overwhelming, or lonely. Our non-Indigenous Kin often report fears and apprehensions around saying or doing the wrong thing; in a world of cancel culture, it can feel easier to just say nothing.

This series, co-facilitated with Vanessa Lesperance of The Mindful Managers, meets your organization where it’s at on the reconciliation journey. Whether you’re just starting out or have been on the path for years, our unique approach that blends reconciliation and decolonization with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and well-being will help you walk your talk in a good way.

We also offer a series to support Indigenous team members with their well-being with decolonized tools, practices, and sharing circles rooted in Indigenous ways of Knowing.

If you’d like to have a conversation about how I can support your organization’s reconciliation and well-being intentions through breathwork or my series co-facilitated with Vanessa Lesperance, or if you have other ideas on how we can work together, please fill out the form below. I will be in touch within 48 business hours to set up an exploratory call so we can get to know one another better.
