What is Breathwork?
“So what exactly is breathwork?” is a question I’m often asked.
Folks who have experienced different breathing techniques in yoga classes often wonder if this whole “breathwork” thing is the same thing…and technically it is! Annnd it isn’t. I like to tell folks there’s breathwork…and then there’s breathwork.
And breathwork—combined with other gentle somatic practices—is what I use with my clients.
